KamSet is a digital platform designed to enable direct phone calls and WhatsApp communication between local employers and job seekers across districts in Maharashtra without any middleman or brokerage fees.

2. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their profile, location, work requirements, and contact details.
• Respectful Conduct: Users must maintain professional decorum, polite communication, and respectful language when contacting employers or workers.
• Prohibited Content: Posting unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized job listings is strictly prohibited.

3. Work Rates & Payments Disclaimer

Work rates, daily wages, schedules, and financial arrangements are mutually agreed upon directly between the employer and the job seeker. KamSet does not participate in, guarantee, or hold liability for private work contracts or financial transactions between users.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

KamSet administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any user account that violates community guidelines, posts fraudulent content, or engages in abusive behavior without prior notice.
