1. How to Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)
If you currently have the KamSet App installed on your device, you can permanently delete your account and data immediately in 5 easy steps:
- Step 1: Open the KamSet App and navigate to the 'Profile' tab.
- Step 2: Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon located in the top-right corner.
- Step 3: Tap the 'Delete Account' option located at the bottom of the screen.
- Step 4: Confirm deletion by tapping 'Yes, Delete Account' in the dialog prompt.
- Step 5: Your account profile, posted jobs, and associated data will be permanently wiped from Google Firebase servers.
2. Online Account Deletion Web Request Form
If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request account deletion via the web, please complete the form below. Upon verification of your registered phone number, your account and associated data will be deleted within 24 to 48 hours.
3. What Data Gets Deleted?
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged:
- Your registered phone number, full name, address, and profile preferences.
- All job postings created under your account (for employers).
- Your contact interaction history and saved listings.
